1:1 Consultation

Tai is based in London, UK. A consultation with Tai will provide you with tailored dietary advice that will help you achieve your health and nutrition goals. As well as this, Tai will provide support and motivation that will keep you on track. Written dietary information will be provided as part of your consultation.

  • Hypertension.
  • High cholesterol.
  • Nutrition for older adults (preventing and managing malnutrition).

Private consultations

Tai offers private consultations in her clinic in London. Home visits are also possible – just contact for details. Depending on your condition you may just need a one-off consultation, or you may require more support with 2 or more follow-up consultations. Tai will organise this based on your health and nutrition needs.

Online and telephone consultations

Skype, Zoom and telephone consultations are also available. Online consultations via Skype or Zoom are an effective and flexible way to provide support and advice remotely. They are extremely convenient, allowing you to fit your consultation into your schedule from the comfort of your home.

How It Works:

  • Step 1:

    You will get a free initial phone call.
  • Step 2:

    You will be required to fill in a consent form and complete a health and lifestyle screening questionnaire and food diary.
  • Step 3:

    Completed forms should be sent to the Dietitian prior to appointment.
  • Step 4:

    Initial (first) consultation: a very detailed assessment of your body composition, medical history, diet and lifestyle.
  • Step 5:

    Tailored/bespoke dietary advice provided and action plan agreed with client.
  • Step 6:

    Written summary & resources provided to client.
  • Step 7:

    Follow-up/review consultation to monitor progress and adjust goals.
