Reminders for January

Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2022 is a great year for you all.

Around this time of the year, there’s always a lot of pressure to have the perfect diet, be active and be ‘in shape’. Also, there’s always a lot of misinformation and poor health and nutrition advice shared online too! This can be quite confusing and frustrating for many.
